Our business name “Zircon John’s FFL” originated from the good old days when I first started in the firearms business back in early 2000. At the time I worked at "Diamond Jim’s Sporting Goods" in Ukiah, CA. My employment there continued through December of 2003. A Diamond Jim's we averaged six (DROS) firearms sales a day!

I acquired my nickname "Zircon John" because I would be standing right next to Jim (the owner), and a customer would approach me and ask, “Are you Diamond Jim?”  I would always give my trademark reply, “No” while pointing to Jim, “that’s Diamond Jim… I’m Zircon John!”

At the time I could have never predicted that 3 years later I would be opening "Zircon John’s FFL" – Ukiah, CA and www.igundealer.com, Mendocino County’s internet gun dealer.
